Can't be asked to watch the whole thing but what is it about?

 

Pity you should ask that. I couldn't quite get to grips with it myself.
The story is about a police squad investigating some murders, the scene is some gang abducting a policewoman and stringing her up.
But I couldn't work out who were the good guys and who the baddies.

My edit is only three and a half minutes - give it a go.
