10.30. The women will be taken from their cell, and boarded onto the back of a lowloader. They will be driven slowly through town for everyone to see. The low loader will arrive at the gallows and the condemned women will be led onto the stage. There will be five chairs waiting for them and they will be chained to them to prevent escape.

Mr Jefferies will identify the first of the women who will be hanged. She will be taken from her chair and stood on the low stool that will be positioned underneath the first noose on the left.
